On low it’s warm and calm, on full it lights the board games. Took me about 45 minutes with my brother helping. No buzzing. The finish on the ring is smooth, not shiny cheap.

We love the design and the glass is clear and even. One tiny set screw was stubborn but it finally seated. Once hung, the fixture looks straight and throws a nice even spread. Keeping it.
Ceilings are tall in our place so we needed something that didn’t vanish. The Soril has presence but it’s not bulky. I used the included chain links to drop it lower and the rod locked tight, no sway when the window is open. Friends came over and thought it was a designer piece. Packaging was tidy, each globe in its own bag. I like that the light bulbs hide inside the glass so you get glow not hot pinpoints. Worth every minute of install.
