Fair Use Policy

We want shopping with Stone+Lumen to feel easy and risk-free, and our return policy is built with that in mind. To make sure we can keep it that way for everyone, we do ask that it is used as intended.

Bracketing (ordering multiples to keep one)

If you are torn between a few options, we genuinely encourage you to reach out before placing your order. Our team is happy to help you figure out what works best for your space so you can order with confidence. High-value or repeated return activity

Returns on orders totaling over $4,000, or from customers with a pattern of high-value purchases followed by returns, may be subject to a review before being approved. This affects very few customers and is simply there to keep things fair for everyone.

What this means in practice

• We accept a maximum of one return per order under standard circumstances
• Returns where 50% or more of the order value is being sent back may require review before approval
• Customers with a history of frequent returns may be offered store credit in place of a refund
