Light is gorgeous now but first order had a missing ceiling plate. Customer service helped and mailed the part with tracking and a small gift card. It all worked out and the install was easy once it arrived. Keeping two stars for the extra time.

We have a small condo and a long table, so finding a pendant that felt special without shouting was hard. This one nails it. The curve sits low and gives a soft pool of light that makes the room feel calm. The finish looks expensive but not loud. Packaging was tidy and recyclable, and the instructions were clear. Our installer complimented the quality which never happens. It is the one thing visitors notice first, then they ask where it is from.
We hosted friends last weekend and this pendant quietly stole the room. Delivery came two days earlier than the estimate and the packaging had layers of foam and a cloth wrap, so nothing moved. Our electrician set it up in about thirty minutes and adjusted the height while I fussed with the table. The ripple of light across the wood is beautiful, almost like water. The brass ribbon reads warm, not shiny, and the glass has a soft sparkle that does not look cheap at all. In photos it looked nice. In person it feels like a little sculpture we get to use every night.
