Caveat, it is bright at full power. I put it on a dimmable exterior switch and now it’s perfect. Weather this month was rude and it kept running. The body wipes clean after pollen dust. Hardware bag was labeled which saved me from digging around in my toolbox. If you’re replacing a lantern style, expect to patch paint behind it since the footprint is narrower.
We put this down the side walkway and my little dog isn’t scared anymore at night. True warm white. Drill pilot holes if you’ve got masonry.
Story time. I was convinced my husband would hate it because it looked too minimal in the pictures, but after we wired the first one on the patio he literally said keep going. We added a second on the back door and the path is actually usable now. Packaging had foam sleeves and nothing was scratched. The glow washes the wall so my security camera does not blow out anymore which is a huge win for me.
