Every Stone+Lumen fixture comes with a One-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers any defects in material or craftsmanship under normal use during this period. We meticulously select robust materials like powder-coated steel and high-quality glass, and we partner with skilled makers who share our dedication to enduring quality. Should a defect covered by this warranty arise, we will work directly with you to find a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit, ensuring your confidence in our products.

What Our Warranty Covers

Defects in Material: Issues arising from the inherent quality of the components used (e.g., unexpected fading of a powder-coated finish, structural failure of metal components under normal use).

Defects in Craftsmanship: Problems resulting from the manufacturing process (e.g., faulty wiring, improper assembly of components, non-functional integrated LED modules).

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty is designed to protect against manufacturing defects, not against the natural course of a well-loved item or damage from external factors. This warranty does not cover:

Normal Wear and Tear: This includes minor surface marks, changes in patina on natural brass (which is a desirable feature of the material), or other cosmetic changes that occur over time with regular use.

Misuse or Alteration: Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect bulb wattage, alterations made to the fixture, or repairs attempted by anyone other than Stone+Lumen or an authorized service provider.

Improper Storage or Handling: Damage resulting from incorrect storage conditions (e.g., extreme humidity, temperature fluctuations) or rough handling after delivery.

Accidental Damage: Breakage from drops, impacts, or other accidents.

Environmental Factors: Damage caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, or exposure to corrosive substances.

Lost or Stolen Fixtures: This warranty applies only to the physical product in your possession.
